These focal areas of the program will include disciplines coming from food science, biochemistry, physiology, epidemiology, dietetics (clinical nutrition), sociology, health behavior, and policy to provide you with an all-inclusive knowledge and skill package with an expert understanding of the relationship between nutrition and health. The dietetic program is coupled with hospital-based training and exposure to industry/community/food and beverage service establishments.
